  • In-Game Data: Your Minecraft Username, Unique Identifier (UUID), IP address, in-game chat logs, and gameplay statistics (e.g., playtime, blocks broken).
  • Store and Payment Data: If you make a purchase on our webstore, our third-party payment processors (such as PayPal, Stripe, or Tebex) collect payment information. Stable MC does not see or store your credit card details. We only receive transaction confirmations, your email address, and billing name/address.
  • Discord Data: If you join our Discord server, we may link your Discord ID with your Minecraft account for rank synchronization or verification purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

  • To allow you to connect to and play on Stable MC.
  • To deliver virtual items, ranks, or perks purchased through our store.
  • To enforce server rules, prevent cheating, and protect the server from cyber attacks (like DDoS attacks).
  • To handle customer support tickets and payment disputes.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data with trusted services essential to running the server:

  • Payment Processors: To securely process store transactions.
  • Server Hosting & Analytics: To host the server infrastructure and monitor performance.
  • Staff Members: Authorized server administrators have access to player logs and IP addresses solely for moderation and security purposes (e.g., banning hackers or alt accounts).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. Chat logs and server console logs are automatically deleted or archived after a set period. If you are banned, we retain your UUID and IP address to ensure the ban remains effective.

5. Children's Privacy

Stable MC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any personal information through our store or discord without parental consent. If we discover we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (such as the EU under GDPR), you may have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, request corrections, or request that your data be deleted. To make a request, please contact us via our official support channels.
