  • No Material Value: These items, ranks, perks, or currencies have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
  • Strict Non-Refundable Policy: All sales are final. All payments made to the Server are strictly non-refundable. You will not receive your money back under any circumstances, including but not limited to: server downtime, changes to the server gameplay/meta, loss of items due to glitches, or your account being banned or restricted for violating server rules.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Zero Tolerance for Chargebacks: Attempting to bypass our strict non-refundable policy by opening a dispute, claim, or chargeback via PayPal, Stripe, your bank, or any other payment processor is a direct violation of these Terms.
  • Consequences: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your account will be permanently and automatically banned from the Server, store, and any associated platforms (such as Discord). We also reserve the right to share your payment information with global gaming blocklists to prevent future fraudulent behavior.

4. Code of Conduct and Server Bans

We reserve the right to moderate our server to ensure a safe and fun environment.

  • You agree to follow all server rules outlined on our Discord/Website.
  • Cheating, exploiting, hacking, or harassing other players will result in a ban.
  • Important: If you are banned for breaking the rules, you are not entitled to a refund for any ranks or virtual perks you purchased prior to the ban.

5. Termination of Service
